Exchange Policy
Here at Luchia Fine Jewelry I pride myself on creating fine quality jewelry, and I am confident that you will be happy with your purchase. In the event that your special piece does not fit properly, I do offer an exchange. Please contact contact me at info@luchiafinejewelry.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Email me with your order number in the subject line. I will email you a confirmation of exchange and how to send your piece back. Items sent back to me without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. I offer free domestic shipping on all orders but you will be responsible for the return shipping.
No returns/exchanges on custom orders.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact your carrier immediately if the item is damaged. Luchia Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
