All gemstones are hand selected and color and size of stones may vary slightly. | ORDER MINIMUM: Opening order minimum is $1,500 and minimum of 10 items.
| 100% GUARANTEE: My goal is for you to have great sales & success with Luchia McKinnon Jewelry. I will stock balance all merchandise that has not sold within 180 days. You must carry a minimum of 10 pieces of jewelry.

| PAYMENT: Orders are shipped prepaid only. Credit card or check. Future orders over $10,000 require 50% payment at the time the order is placed and remainder is due prior to shipping.

| SHIPPING: All orders directly available from line sheets ship within one week. Larger made to order purchases ship within 3-8 weeks. Shipping via USPS priority mail or Fed Ex. A tracking number is provided upon shipping confirmation.
Domestic orders ship free. For expedited orders or International shipping please call for a quote.
Luchia Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
| RETURNS: Please inspect all merchandise carefully upon receipt. Any damaged items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. All exchanges must be accompanied by copies of the original invoice, well packaged in original condition and packaging. Any merchandise received as ordered does not qualify for a return.
