Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days to process domestic orders once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Once your order has been given to our carrier it will take approximately an additional 3-7 days for your order to be delivered to you since it is being shipped from Hawaii in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.  I promise you my jewelry is worth the wait! If you have urgency for quicker shipping please contact me directly at info@luchiafinejewelry.com and I can arrange for an expedited shipping method for an additional cost.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or high volume of orders. 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

I offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Austria

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You might expect longer delivery times (e.g. 8 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Luchia FIne Jewelry is not responsible for duties, import taxes, tariffs, etc... if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer as an additional cost based on individual country's import laws.
